Individual Therapy (60 minutes)

Individual therapy is a space to slow down to make sense of what feels tangled, heavy, or hard to name. This work moves at your pace, not a predetermined one. Together, we focus on building self-trust, understanding the patterns that keep showing up, and widening the range of choices available to you.

This might resonate if you're:

  • Carrying the weight of past trauma or relational harm or abuse

  • Moving through a major life transition or a shift in how you understand yourself

  • Feeling genuinely torn about a relationship — whether to stay, leave, or try to repair it

  • Stuck in cycles of self-doubt, shame, or emotional overwhelm that feel hard to break

  • Noticing patterns you can't quite interrupt, even when you can see them clearly

What we might work on:

  • Making sense of relational patterns, and where they came from

  • Understanding how power, survival, and early experience have shaped the way you connect

  • Building a steadier internal foundation.

  • Expanding your options without pushing you toward any particular outcome

  • Repair, boundaries, and learning to make decisions that are actually sustainable
