Individual Therapy (60 minutes)
Individual therapy is a space to slow down to make sense of what feels tangled, heavy, or hard to name. This work moves at your pace, not a predetermined one. Together, we focus on building self-trust, understanding the patterns that keep showing up, and widening the range of choices available to you.

Carrying the weight of past trauma or relational harm or abuse
Moving through a major life transition or a shift in how you understand yourself
Feeling genuinely torn about a relationship — whether to stay, leave, or try to repair it
