Individual Therapy (60 minutes)
Individual virtual therapy is a space to slow down to make sense of what feels tangled, heavy, or hard to name. This work moves at your pace, not a predetermined one. Together, we focus on building self-trust, understanding the patterns that keep showing up, and widening the range of choices available to you.
