Collective & Multi-Relational Therapy
Collective & Multi-Relational Therapy (90 Minutes)
Collective therapy is a shared space for more than two — for triads, polycules, chosen families, and relational configurations that don't fit the traditional couples model. This work takes seriously the complexity of what you've built together: the intimacy, the care, the history, and the places where things get tangled. We look at how connection, responsibility, and power move through your system.
Multi-relational systems have their own particular texture, and sessions are shaped by what yours actually needs.
We often work on:
Developing communication agreements that account for everyone involved
Negotiating intersecting needs honestly
Building emotional attunement across multiple dynamics at once
Accountability and repair that doesn't rely on shame to function
Clarifying roles, expectations, and structure so everyone knows what they're working with
How We Work
This space is trauma-informed and grounded in honesty without shame. Each relationship within the system is treated as real and significant not as a footnote to a central pairing, but as part of a larger ecosystem worth tending to.
Because collective therapy involves more people, more history, and more moving parts, it begins with an intake process. This is a chance to talk through readiness, clarify the scope of what we'd be working on, and make sure this format is genuinely the right fit before we dive in.
Structure & Fees
