Relational Coaching
Relational Coaching (75 minutes)
This work is practical and design-focused , built around clarity, structure, and making intentional decisions together. It's not therapy, and it doesn't try to be. Think of it less like a healing space and more like a working session: we figure out what you have, what you want, and how to build it.
This might be a good fit if you’re:
Curious about non-monogamy and trying to figure out where to even start
In a relationship (or several) that needs a structural tune-up
Part of a multi-partner system that's gotten a little tangled and could use some clarity
Getting ready for a big relational conversation and want to feel prepared
Located outside Ontario and looking for thoughtful, non-clinical support
In our work together, we may focus on:
Designing or renegotiating agreements that actually reflect what you want
Mapping how your relational system is structured like who has access to what, and how decisions get made
Understanding power dynamics honestly and without judgment
Building frameworks for decisions that feel too big or too complicated to navigate alone
Preparing for a shift: a new partner, a changing agreement, a hard conversation
How It’s Structured
Relational coaching is offered as a three-session container enough space to do real work, without stretching into something open-ended.
Session 1 - We get oriented together. What are your current agreements? Where's the tension? What's unclear, and what do you actually want to change?
Session 2 — This is the working session. We renegotiate, rebuild, and develop strategies you can actually use.
Session 3 — We consolidate what you've figured out, prepare you to put it into practice, and make sure you're leaving with tools.
Each session is 75 minutes. The container is designed to create real momentum.
Note: Relational coaching is not psychotherapy. It doesn't include trauma processing, mental health assessment, or crisis support. If you're looking for clinical care, therapy is the right fit — and I'm happy to help point you in the right direction.
