Relational Therapy
Relational/Dyadic Therapy ( 75 minutes)
Relational therapy is a shared space for two people who want to understand each other better, communicate more honestly, and figure out what they actually need. This isn't about fixing anyone or assigning blame. It's about creating enough room for both people to be real about what's working, what isn't, and what the relationship can genuinely hold.
Every relationship is different, but sessions often explore:
Recurring conflict patterns that keep circling back no matter how many times you've tried to resolve them
Communication and emotional attunement (feeling less like you're talking past each other)
Unmet needs and relational limits, named honestly and without judgment
How each person's history, communication style, and survival strategies show up in the dynamic between you
Building agreements that are sustainable.
A Note on Fit
This work is most effective when both people are genuinely invested in the process. It's not a space for reconciliation to be pressured or predetermined and it's not designed to balance responsibility in dynamics where abuse is present. If you're unsure whether relational therapy is the right fit for your situation, that's worth a conversation before we begin.
